Tom is the Founder of IRIS Financial Services. He has been providing financial planning guidance to individuals and families for nearly 40 years. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of North East Florida and a member of the Financial Planning Association of North East Florida. Tom is a Past President of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey. Tom is frequently asked to share his experiences with many local and national audiences as a guest speaker.

Tom and his wife, Pat, have been married for over 45 years. They have two children and four grandchildren. They are supporters of children’s charities and dog rescue organizations. Before becoming a Florida resident, Tom’s New Jersey community involvement included serving on the local Board of Education and coaching baseball. When he is not spending time with his family, his interests include boating, fishing, pinochle and golf. Tom is a fountain pen collector and an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles
