Tom is the Founder of IRIS Financial Services. He has been providing financial planning guidance to individuals and families for over 40 years. Tom is a past President and current member of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey. He is also a member of the local chapter of the Financial Planning Association. Tom is frequently asked to share his experiences with many local and national audiences as a guest speaker.

Tom and his wife, Pat, have been married for almost 50 years. They have two children and four grandchildren. They are supporters of children’s charities and dog rescue organizations. Tom’s community involvement has included serving on the local Board of Education and coaching baseball. When he is not spending time with his family, his interests include boating, fishing, pinochle and golf. Tom is a fountain pen collector and an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.
